Comic Strip Nail Art (Water Decals) - Captain America!

These nail decals are rich in detail and colour and can be applied to both light and dark coloured nails.

Instructions:

1. Trim, clean, and polish the fingernails. Paint the background colour on the finger nails and wait until dry.
2. Remove the clear film from the products, cut the pattern and soak it into water for 10-20 seconds.
3. Moisten the fingernails and stick the pattern into position.
4. Soak up the excess water with a paper towel.
5. Cap with clear nail polish or UV top coat.
