These ultra fine holographic chrome pigment powders are now available in a pen!

The pigment is built into the lid of the pen. Use the sponge pen provided to apply the pigment to the nail. When more pigment is required place the lid on the sponge and twist.

The pigment on the nail COMES ALIVE when applied to a black UV gel polish base & clear top coat.. 

You can apply the pigment to different base colours for a different colour effect.
