Postage and Delivery

The Nail Shop currently only posts orders within Australia. All our stock is within our South Australian warehouse (NOT overseas). Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. All orders are packed during business hours (and not weekends).
$10 FLAT RATE - Small non-flammable parcels that are under 500gms in weight will be automatically upgraded to Express Post delivery. All larger parcels will be sent via regular Parcel Post. Orders valued at over $100 will receive insurance. Express Post on larger parcels can be organised by contacting the warehouse on (08) 8263 3636. Flammable items and lithium batteries can not be Express Posted anywhere within Australia and must be transported safely by road only.
Tracking Notifications - All orders will have a tracking number associated with them. Please remember to log in to your account when placing an order so that you receive extra shipping updates. Your Australia Post tracking number will be located within your "shipped" email notification. You will be able to click on this number/link or copy and paste it into https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search
It's The Law - The Nail Shop has a "dangerous goods" contract with Australia Post to transport flammable items such as nail polishes, acetone, thinners and other preparation products. These items will be transported safely by road only.

For Pickup Orders - Click & collect is available via checkout for our South Australian customers. Collection times are available to view in checkout and times and days are subject to change. All collections are available from our office in Holden Hill, Adelaide.
